Basket Style Hydraulic Oil Strainer

Application: Off-road heavy equipment.
Material: Galvanized steel strainer is fabricated from 6 mesh wire cloth.
Dimensions: 9″ x 9″

Refueling Filter

Material: Stainless steel filter fabricated with 100 mesh inner screen and 6 mesh outer screen.
Dimensions: 5-3/4” length; OD of large flange is 3-1/2”
Construction: Seam overlaps are resistance welded. Rings and bevels are soldered

Protective Insect Screen

Application: This stainless steel screen is used to prevent insects from entering dwellings.
Screen is fabricated with 8 mesh stainless steel wire cloth.
Dimensions: 5 -3/4 x 8-1/2”
Construction: Stainless steel binding is attached with spot resistance welding and crimped.

Stainless Steel Screen

Material: Screen is fabricated with 8 mesh stainless steel wire cloth
Dimensions: 6” O.D. x 1-1/4”
Construction: Stainless steel U shaped binding is attached with spot resistance welding and crimped.

Copper flash coated size 10 wire mesh with galvanized binding.

Construction: Crimped binding

Corrosion Resistant Stainless Steel Filter

Application: Filters solids from liquids.
Stainless steel 60 mesh.
Dimensions: 2-3/4” O.D. x 4-1/2”
Construction: Stainless steel caps are spot resistance welded. This corrosion resistant stainless steel filter also has blanked holes on the end caps.

Perforated Stainless Steel Filter

Application: This stainless steel filter serves as a reinforcement element for paper filters found in grease guns.
Stainless Steel
Perforation Size: ¼” holes on 5/16 straight centers.
Dimensions: 7/8”O.D. x 2-1/4”
Construction: Stainless steel cap on bottom is resistance welded.

Vacuum Pump Filter

Material: Stainless steel 30 mesh screen with 24 gauge stainless flange.
Dimensions: 1” O.D. x 1-1/8”
Construction: Resistance welded stainless flange.

Perforated Brass Filter

Application: Valve Industry.
This perforated brass filter has a hole pattern of .020” on .066 “ straight centers.
Dimensions: 7/8” x 5/8″
Construction: Rolled and with resistance welded seam overlap.

30 Mesh Stainless Steel Filter

Application: Grease Gun
This stainless steel filter is fabricated from 30 mesh stainless screen with 26 gauge stainless steel rings.
Dimensions: 5/8” O.D. x 7/8”
Construction: Stainless steel end caps are attached with epoxy. Lubrication filter/grease gun.

Tank Filter

Material: Outer screen is fabricated from 40 mesh, corrosion resistant stainless steel 40 mesh outer. Inner screen element is 8 mesh electric galvanized steel.
Dimensions: 1-5/8” O.D. x 1-1/2”
Construction: Binding element is crimped on this stainless steel tank filter. The bottom has a 5/8” blanked hole.

Pleated Stainless Steel Filter

Application: Gas Line Fuel Filter
Outer screen is galvanized 4 mesh; inner screen is 120 mesh stainless steel wire cloth.
Dimensions: 1-3/4” O.D. x 3-3/4”
Construction: This filter is constructed with plated steel end rings that are attached with epoxy, and contains a pleated, corrosion resistant stainless steel inner filtration element. Screen seams are resistance welded.

Dutch Weave Stainless Steel Filter

Application: Fuel filter
Dutch weave stainless steel 24 x 110 wire cloth
Construction: Threaded stainless steel ring is soldered; seam overlap is resistance welded. Corrosion resistant stainless steel construction.

Perforated Steel Motor Housing Guard

Application: General Industrial Use
Perforated Carbon Steel
Secondary Operations: Powder coated finish, post-fabrication; blanked holes.
Dimensions: 6” O.D. x 11”
Other: Three holes are blanked out of a perforated steel rectangle before roll forming. Brackets are TIG welded to the housing to allow bolt-tightening of the finished guard.

Stainless Steel Filter

Application: Carpet Cleaning Machine
Filter uses stainless steel 16 mesh wire cloth. Attached cylinder is also 16 mesh stainless steel.
Construction: Outside edge of this filter is dipped in solder to retain shape.

Transmission Fluid Screen

Application: Automotive
This filter is fabricated with an outer screen of 100 mesh stainless steel. Inner screen is 10 mesh galvanized. Bottom brace is cold rolled steel.
Dimensions: 4” O.D. x 4 ¾”
Construction: Cap is crimped. Tube has o-ring on the end. Tube is silver soldered in place.

Cryogenic Stainless Steel Filter

Application: Cryogenic
This corrosion resistant, stainless steel filter is fabricated from 30 mesh wire cloth. Bottom ring is 303 stainless steel.
Dimensions: 1-3/4” x 1”
Construction: Machined bottom ring is resistance welded.

Perforated Bag Fold Filter

Application: Air line filter
Perforated steel inner core with an outer layer constructed from 80 mesh stainless steel and a brass pipe nipple.
Dimensions: 7/16” O.D. cylinder x 3”
Construction: Top end bag folded and resistance spot welded; brass fitting is soldered to the filter element.
